The Ilona Rose House is located next to Tottenham Court Road Station, between Greek Street and Charing Cross Road in Central London. It is a new-build with 13 floors, including four storeys below the ground level. The facility provides various functions such as offices, shops, restaurants and a new home for Warner Brother’s European Postproduction Studios with a 60-seat sound editing theatre extending across two underground storeys. It is a continuation of the tradition of the film and creative industries in Soho, which has been based there for many years. In order to provide daylight to the office areas located in the basement, a special "spotlight" has been designed that distributes the light even to the farthest corners of these spaces. From the side of the courtyard, there are cascading terraces filled with greenery that provide an open space to almost all available floors with a total area of over 1,300 sqm. The scope of the project also includes a design of personalised façade panels dedicated specifically to this building.
