In this project the design task was to create Zurich's UK workplace of the future and revitalising the company's presence in Swindon as a significant employer. The structure that would serve as a catalyst for Swindon's long-awaited regeneration. 

The highly visible ground level was integrated with a revitalised public area and landscaping around the budling. Internally, the goal was to offer an open office space that is substantially distinct from what can be seen in the Zurich portfolio so far. The adopted architectural strategy along with other Zurich initiatives is hoped that it will benefit the neighbourhood and local communities.
