CONTEXT
The brief allocated approximately 75 per cent of the building to production and warehouse functions and 25 per cent to showroom and office uses at first-floor level. A longitudinal internal route connects the main functional zones.
ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSE
The concept uses a post-and-beam reinforced-concrete structure, fibre-cement cladding and larger areas of glazing at the representative spaces. Rooflights bring natural light to production and storage areas.
